Let’s be real — most “kid-friendly” places aren’t exactly mom-friendly.

You walk in with your little one, hopeful for a break, and instead you're navigating sticky floors, overstimulation, and nowhere to sit that doesn’t feel like a cafeteria from 1997. You sip a cold coffee (if there’s even coffee), try to answer emails from the floor, and think: “This is not it.”

I thought the same thing.

As a new mom trying to run a business, keep a tiny human alive, and still remember to eat lunch, I felt the lack of spaces that honored both me and my child. Everything felt like a compromise: either my kid had fun, or I had peace — never both.

So I built Mamas Play, a space moms deserve — not just for toddlers to run free, but for moms to feel seen, supported, and yes, caffeinated.

I wanted moms to walk in and think: “Ahh. I can exhale here.”
